Responsibilities:

  • Participate in customer calls to better understand customer technical needs
  • Onsite visit to customers for installation and implementation support
  • Interact with IT and security personnel within customers’ organizations
  • Interact with the company’s engineering and sales personnel
  • Reviewing software integration requirements
  • Validating customer software implementation
  • Responsible for all technical aspects of product installation
  • Provide in-field product training
  • Technical troubleshooting and support
  • Responsible for debugging production installations
  • Responsible for technical configuration of client systems
  • Work closely with Professional Services Managers to coordinate client upgrades

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or science;
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows or Unix operating system environment
  • Strong SQL skills. Experience working with various Data base Management Systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, or DB2.
  • Working knowledge of networks and remote access applications
  • Experience in data analysis and mapping
  • Excellent written, verbal and technical writing
  • Technical support experience
  • Excellent customer relations, technical support, and people skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deliver on deadlines and perform with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with resolving issues in the field
  • Work on enterprise-level systems
