Description: Direct account and partner responsibilities for assigned territory (PA, OH, WV). Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. Perform technical presentations. Assist in the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. Actively participate in product requirements and direction. 

Education: BS/BA or equivalent. 

Experience: 5+ years related experience.  Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings required. Pre-Sales technical support experience required. Knowledge of baseline SE skills. Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in the following areas: IP Routing, Ethernet Switching, VoIP, IP Telephony, VPN, Security, Remote Access, Voice/Video, LAN and WAN, and Transmission Systems. Knowledge of relevant solution sets, product specifications, performance criteria and end user applications. Competitive knowledge including solutions, technology and product offerings. Extensive travel required (70% or more). 

Certifications: CCNA or CCDA required. ATSP, CCNP, CCDP, or CCIE is highly desired.
